If a station already prints, places or reflows boards, record conveyor height, SMEMA direction, panel stoppers and software so a replacement cell can handshake. A new hall still needs those same interfaces written, because a collection of standalone machines is not a line until transfer and recipe control are named.
Whole-line acceptance and a standalone mounter purchase are different RFQs; do not mix them in one price column.

Ask for a station-by-station cycle estimate that includes conveyor transfer, inspection and first-article setup, not only optimum-condition CPH. Record feeder identification, program revision and how a stopped downstream station is handled.
Keep the program name, feeder map and first-board inspection method so FAT language can repeat the same trial. Pass criteria belong on the later contract between buyer and named supplier; this site does not certify yield.
Record whether jobs are a repeating high-volume panel or a high-mix set with different feeder occupancy. Format range includes panel millimetres, fiducial scheme and the tallest part that must clear the conveyor. Frequent first-article setups change useful output even when hardware is unchanged.
Ask which stencils, squeegees, feeders, nozzles, filters and software seats are included versus consumable. Paste residue, worn tapes and oven profiles after a long run are buyer-side items unless a service contract is written.
Run the accepted board program, inspect the smallest critical component with the named method, and export the process record. Restart checks should name who signs the first panel, not a generic “ready” light.
The buyer owns the board mix, plant utilities and acceptance sample. Named manufacturers own feasibility, included stations and FAT language they will sign.
