Smt Production Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We collect an smt production line brief, circulate it to factories, and return comparable wholesale quotations. We do not own an assembly hall, hold inventory, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, CPH tables and accuracy statements on a manufacturer page remain that manufacturer’s published data; they are not this service’s credentials.

Decision ownership

The buyer owns the board mix, plant utilities and acceptance sample. Named SMT equipment manufacturers own feasibility, included stations and what their quotation covers. This site owns brief alignment and quote comparison, not engineering sign-off.
Decision ownership: Equipment scope
Equipment scope is PCB assembly line integration: stencil printing, placement, inspection and reflow with named conveyors. The buyer decides whether a standalone mounter is enough for the first purchase. Yamaha-style total-line pages observed on 2026-09-17 list printing, placement, inspection, dispensing and software as a family; they do not decide who pays for nitrogen, MES or SAT travel. Packaging robots stay outside this service unless added as a distinct RFQ.
Price exclusions
Machine price is one cost band. Freight, installation, utilities, tooling, FAT witness, SAT, training and spare parts often sit elsewhere. Smt Production Line Sourcing does not publish a percentage saving. Comparing replies means lining up those exclusions, not averaging brochure CPH. Compressed air, cooling water and PLC interface work are called out when a factory omits them.
Response basis
A usable reply restates board millimetres, station interfaces, three-phase supply, connected load kW, footprint, and which two-job changeover plus traceability checks are offered. If a factory cannot demonstrate first-board verification on the buyer’s panel, that is a documented gap. Throughput claims without a named mix and cycle sequence are not treated as validated output.

Remaining input from the buyer: quantity, US destination, delivery window, optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order), and supplier preference. No founding year, headcount or audited factory tour is claimed for this website. Continue with the RFQ Checklist or inquiry form.
