Notes for buyers preparing factory RFQs: line balance around the board mix, and changeover plus traceability in the purchase scope. These articles are procurement guidance, not engineering certification or factory credentials.

Documents before quotation

Drawing or process description
Send panel size in millimetres, Gerber or centroid files, component packages, placement counts and the planned product mix so factories quote a printer–mounter–inspection–reflow sequence rather than a lone placement head.
Operating conditions
State three-phase supply in volts and hertz, dry-air pressure in MPa, conveyor height, footprint and whether the duty is high-mix changeover or a small set of repeating boards.

Missing board-mix data, feeder lists or interface owners keeps quotations non-comparable. Mark unknowns instead of inventing CPH. Published mounter sheets remain parameter references, not this site’s supply promise.
